Vacancies in the Working Committee or the Executive Committee caused by death, resignation, removal or retirement shall be filled up by co-option by the Executive Committee from amongst the members of the General Council or by nomination as the case may be.
Vacancies in the State Committees/Dist. Committees/ City / Town Committee caused by transfer, death, resignation, removal or retirement, shall be filled up by co-option by the respective committees from amongst members of the State/Dist.Council/City/Towns Council.
