AIBOC shall be led by serving Bank officers only. Without prejudice to this basic approach Ex-office bearers/Honorary Members may be honored by associating them with the Advisory Board constituted by the Executive Committee depending upon the requirements from time to time.
Election to the various posts of office-bearers shall be held at the meetings of the General Council/State Council/District Council/ City /Town Council
The General Council / State Council / District Council /City/Town Council,shall appoint as Returning Officer a member of the respective Council who declares in writing that he/she is not a candidate for any post for which elections are to be conducted;
Only the members of the respective Councils shall be eligible to contest the elections;
Candidature of every contestant shall be proposed and seconded by two separate members;
